Lovely young lady helped me today in castle street. Could not order on line she helped me order and get it delivered to speke while I am off and also got me the half price sale. Lovely helpful lady could not do enough to assist a credit to boots. Sorry I never got her name but so helpful and lovely customer service.

Boots is a great provider of toiletries, over the counter health products, beauty cosmetics for everyone including premium and luxury items. Awesome pharmacy service at the Castle Street branch in Liverpool. The staff are friendly, personable and very helpful.
