Boots leeds

Not a boots customer but this is a fairly good store, just needs to be maintained and cleaned especially from the outside. The asian workers on boxing day were really helpful.

Similar to any other boots store although rather on the small side room the range is a bit limited

Profits are of higher priority here than basic fairness towards/respect for customers or customer wellbeing. But what else would you expect from a greedy pharmacy market monopoly behemoth facing virtually no competition? :(

Went for flue jab very informative and helpful

This is the most worst pharmacy I have seen so far which takes more than 24 hrs to deliver a basic medicine in prescription. Recommend not to nominate this pharmacy

Big linda took ages to serve

Very poor service when it comes to informing people about any appointment changes or cancellations - first they confirmed 24 hours before I still had an appointment; when I have arrived the next day, they lied they tried contacting me about cancellation.
