Genuinely the most overpriced shop there is! The Boots staff are really rude and make you feel like an inconvenience, not to mention how poorly stacked the shelves are. Just don't bother going.

I went in boots Broadway on Thursday 23rd September and came across the loveliest lady called Lisa who usually works on the Estée Lauder counter and she gave probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We bought quite a few perfumes and she also gifted us some freebies which I thought was a very good initiative. People like herself really make you want to visit back again and again.

I visited the store to get my Flu Jab, easy and quick process. Was told the process and effects and I was straight out. Very wide range of goods to choose from in store. The cosmetics section has a mixtire and they have pretty much everything you need. The gifts section is also magnificent that you would be too hung up to make up your mind.
