Very small, not always friendly staff! Pharmacy friendly ladies and helpful! Don’t have a big variety of things.

The pharmacist is amazing here. I have collected my meds here for 4 years. Sad to be moving.

Small branch but with a good range of products and friendly staff. The pharmacists are also helpful and very knowledgeable.

Smaller Boots with limited stock, but still has a good variety of everything. If looking for specific items go to larger stores

I went it to get some make up and the assistant working in the area at the time was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She advised me about appropriate shades following my natural skin tones I found a good selection of men's skin care too for my sons and the young man at the till was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit in the store and felt safe as all members of staff wore face coverings too.

I visited to collect an online order. This store is unwelcoming, has lots of empty shelves and doesn't have enough special offers. That being said the staff are nice and friendly and I have never had to wait long. Greenford broadway is in desperate need of a facelift and has been for years. Nothing is intended to so I doubt this store will improve. You're better off going to the westway branch to avoid the risk of not finding what you're looking for.

Good Boots shop, helpful staff but not always fully stocked based on size I assume. But they're pretty good and I've got things sent to the shop overnight when needed if it wasn't in stock.

Absolutely abysmal, they cancelled my morning vaccine and promised that I can get it done later in the day. I rang them before I left (15 minute drive) and they said yes come down and you’ll get the vaccine. After leaving work an hour early which I will now lose, I arrive at the store to the employee telling me they’ve run out after I rushed to get there with their promise in consideration. Ridiculous amount of inconvenience - they have told me to come back tomorrow, meaning I am now unable to take my dog to the vets for its critical appointment.
