Boots glasgow

Such a shame to write a negative review as the staff are normally so lovely and friendly but this morning i encountered such a rude sales assistant. I was in the queue waiting (on a call but nevertheless available to be served) and she proceeded to try and serve people behind me (luckily the girl behind me was nice enough to allow me to go instead of her). She then served me with such a rude attitude; no apology, no thanks and left my purchase so far away i had to reach over to retrieve it. Hopefully she's not a permanent member of staff at this branch otherwise i'll be going to another branch. Maybe a job role not serving customers would be more suited for this woman.

Store virtually everything to do with Grooming or Health. Helpful staff.

Really helpful staff though really tiny and didn't really feel like a Boots as the shop looked a bit tatty.

Went there at 5:25 they were closed already!!

Went to collect my order. Met rude store assistant , Carole. She told that we never do delivery here. Other lady was helpful. And managed to get my delivery somehow. They don't know nature of work , services they are providing.

Wow, the staff here are usually lovely but I witnessed some rude and aggressive "customer service" towards an Asian man who was asking completely normal questions and l confronted said staff member. The man thanked me. Really bad attitude and possibly racist.
