It's handy and easy to grab stuff in, however I really do not appreciate the staff constantly watching and following people around the store as though they are going to steal. I understand you have to be cautious but every time I am in, I am followed around (quite closely too, it's very obvious). It doesn't make me feel great and it just feels overly rude. Especially when they lock onto you and it's not just an overall precaution.

This specific Boots do my chronic medication and they never miss a beat.
