Boots glasgow

I always have positive experiences in all boots shps, but yesterday they went above and beyond. I went in looking for sunscreen cream for my 2 year old but with so many options was just plain confused. The ladies at the till even went so far as to ask the farmacy chemist about the 2 I had chosen when I asked which would be better between the 2. Thank you!!!

Clean place and kind staff. The aisles were organised.

Called to speak to pharmacist about something serous and she put the phone down on me absolutely appalling. It was around 15:15 today!

Boots is a juggernaut on the High Street and has a big lead on their nearest competition, which is probably Superdrug and Lloyds and maybe the major supermarkets. This store in Silverburn is quite large and sells a very big variety of health and beauty products at reasonable prices. It has a pharmacy and an optician.

Never been in a store that has staff as useless and under trained and disorganised as the ones in this store.

I was browsing the No 7 products in Silverburn this afternoon. The girl who served me was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I didn't get her name only that she had worked in Debenhams previously. She is a credit to your company.

A good selection of gifts at fair prices..

Very Xenophobic aproch... only because I have different accent I was met with roling eyes as how I dare to ask and have to wait aprox. A hour before I was sorted. Next time when I'm back I'll record staff behaviour and sue shop.

Marge from fragrance made it so easy to choose a gift for my sister. Very warm person a credit to the store. Spent a lot of time with me even after I had chosen fragrance

Had to go in to change a Mark Hill hairdryer that had melted but was a gift, so no receipt but still had a warranty. I couldn't find anyone on the shop floor, so ended up speaking to a lovely blonde woman who worked for Clarins (red uniform). She was so, so helpful! I can't remember her name but she made the whole thing quick and easy. I got my exchanged hairdryer and left a happy bunny 😊 Clarins girls are a credit to Boots esp this one!!
