Fast service at checkout but 45 minutes for the pharmacy but the found time to chat and laugh which is fine if there working at the same time

Well overpriced. If it wasn't for the convenience of the pharmacy I would probably necer set foot in the place.

Vety helpful staff especially if your not felling very well or need any ointments

You can Mmm/. /The length of time for waiting on prescriptions is absolutely ridiculous, it's always the same no matter what days you pick them up. Definitely need more staff and support.

Staff in boots are very helpful. I've been asking for a chair to be put next to weighing scales for some time now. At the moment you have to put your belongings on the floor which isn't very clean. Just get a chair in place will you!

Seemed to be short staffed on my visit, queue moved at a glacial rate. Got fed up and left. Glad I did as bought same items at nearby Wilko, at a much better price. In fact at Boots it would appear some branded medicines are just ridiculously overpriced compared to other outlets.

OK, clean, tidy, got what I wanted, feel sorry for the Cashier as not many people there to help her.
