Good service but did not have shampoo & conditioner that I was looking for nor did they have contact lens cases but they did have my antihistamine that I was looking for.

Very helpful staff on the medicine counter.

Bright and well laid out stock at the Gyle store with helpful staff.

I believe one of the biggest Boots in Edinburgh. They have everything Boots should have including opticians, beauty, photos & you can also grab something to eat/drink. Some times finding stuff can be a bit difficult, you need to walk all the way to end of shop for prescriptions - The layout of shop could a bit better, they should change the floor plan once in a while.

I like boots in general but Gyle store ( my local one) is not that good because the assistants who sell make up never make you feel welcome. They need to learn how to sell products and not just stand there thinking they are pretty.

Very helpful, even if there is no such thing as on site day 2 testing in all of UK.

Boots Opticians- Visited on Tuesday and spoke to Katie.I had broken my glasses and the ones I was wearing were cutting into my nose. Within 10 mins new frames ordered and my current ones adjusted and cleaned and no more pain. What a star. I then get a phone call under 48hrs later to tell me they were all ready. Popped in on the Friday to arrange a time to come in and get them fitted. Was taken right away and nothing was a bother. They adjusted my new ones, supplied me a cleaning cloth and cleaned my current ones again. This is what customer service is all about. You, Katie a d the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and I will keep on recommending Boots Opticians to everyone.
