I left boots to go to Lloyds pharmacy inside Sainsbury's what a nightmare!!!, i persisted with them in the hope that they would manage to be more efficient as it was easier for me as I didn't have to walk so far for my prescriptions, but in the end I had to go back to boots & what a difference in professionalism as I'm no longer having to have to wait 40+ minutes for my prescription why did I ever leave!!!!

Staff always friendly and smiling and bend over backwards to help you always clean and tidy, due to being a smaller Boots it has no fridge area for snacks just minimal products for medicines etc. otherwise very efficient.

I can buy e everything what I need

Quite small branch of boots - mainly a pharmacy where you can pick up a few essentials if required but you won't get too much choice. They have a 17 and No7 stand for makeup. Usually a sign in the window with the times the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Not too much waiting space for those hanging about for prescriptions etc.

Small chemist pharmacy

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service at times can be busy but staff do their best. Lovely pharmacy would highly recommend it.

Excellent service in particular the pharmacist who is discreet, understanding, extremely friendly and well mannered. She will go out of her way to be as helpful as possible. The other staff also very polite and all greet me by my name as I enter. My prescription is weekly but it's just nice they remember my name. I've read a few reviews and can only think there are a few male and female Karen's who enjoy complaining. I know the staff and don't believe any were rude. Perhaps check your own attitude, as that's probably the problem. Person complaining about not getting paracetamol for her kids free on ailments! Really.... they cost 30 pence in most shops. It's as bad as asking your GP for them. Another had in brackets (Indian Girl) What relevance does the member of staffs ethnicity have to do with anything. Great staff definitely recommend.

Get on well with boots staff they are always willing to help

Typical boots, you don't go to browse, unless near Christmas, you go for what you need and more often than not its there!

I like going into this boots cause it's small and always willing to help you and if it's not stock they will get it for you
