The four stars and for the shop in general, excellent selection of mid market make up lines, shampoos and electric items. Where it lacks slightly is the pharmacy compared to any local pharmacy it’s a dread to go into. They won’t give you some over the counter items which local ones do, such as Elma to numb for invasive cosmetic procedures. The prescriptions when I go for my son I require ID and it’s a bit of a drama. So shop fab, pharmacy not for me!

Popped in to the opticians and the two members of staff gave me a warm welcome. Every time you touch any glasses they clean them. Great to see a retailer taking there customers and staff safety seriously. Great experience

Come here for pharmacy. They are usually really good. Opening hours are good, normally better than smaller pharmacies. Good if you work.

Friendly staff. Found everything I was looking for. The store is clean and tidy. Following the regulations. Plenty of staff on checkouts making a quick purchase and exit.

Not enough staff always lack of staffing at craigleith edinburgh.when I get someone they are always very helpful.

Boots need to put a few more staff hours into providing adequate cover for the medicines counter. It's not the staffs fault, the decree needs to come down from on top!
