The fat (for lack of a better word to describe his physique) guy at the pharmacist reception was incredibly rude to Asian customers. Was incredibly patient and nice with the English lady, but as soon soon as the Asian in front of me came up to him, you could notice his tone change and he was terribly rude to both of us.

The St Neots Boots has by far the most friendly, professional & organised staff of any Boots store.

The St Neots Boots has by far the most friendly, professional & organised staff of any Boots store. Being served by someone nice makes a big impression. Although the queue for the pharmacy is so long, the last person in line will often have a birds nest on their head, the staff do try and get things done promptly.
