Well stocked when you can find what you are looking for. Sections not clearly marked. Chemist very helpful. Lack of shop staff. Not enough till staff

Love this shop - warning, the cosmetics range is much better at the Boots in town. Good pharmacy.

Picked up prescription medications. My GP surgery sends the prescription over by fax! Pharmacy can then take several days to process it and send a text message to tell me when it's ready for collection. Not sure what and why the delays are.

Got an exchange, added points from previous visits and made a purchase in between hail stones. All was efficient and friendly.

Very helpful staff and a great range of products.

Lots of parking, nice big store. Beware of the opening times however. It says "midnight pharmacy" but it is closes AT midnight. This is also just a window at the front.

We were served by Cristina, Mia and Eric in the pharmacy (November 2021) and received our flu vaccinations. All staff were very helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made us feel very safe and welcome, thanks to them!

Decent store, could have more staff. Never really want to admit it, but maybe have 1 or 2 self serve desks to speed things up a bit. Also ideal place if you need the out of hours pharmacy from coming from Addenbrookes of a ungodly hour. Polite and friendly. Free parking for 2 hours too. So better if you do not want to venture into Cambridge city itself and fight for expensive parking.

Great chemist, and very spacious which is why you can get a Covid jab there. There was only one person giving jabs though. There's plenty of space so why not have more people giving jabs?
