Handy and very helpful for NHS prescriptions.
I've been there and a sale assistant lady was rude and not helpful.

I love the boots cards, with points..Money on your card. If you want to take anything back. Theres no fuss. Lovely selection of products. Very clean. I do feel though all chemist should have sealed makeup.
Staff are kind and helpful, but clearly overworked. They really need to improve the phone service - they don't have any sort of call queue system so whether you can get through is entirely down to chance, which is very frustrating. The queue is also quite slow-moving. I have no problems with any of the staff, they're trying their best, they just need better service and maybe one or two extra people. I'd recommend using a different pharmacy that's less busy.

Online prescription. Couldn't find my prescription and told me I needed to email the online doctor service. When I managed to locate the order id took another 10 minutes to locate. Was then told it would be 40 minutes to fill the prescription even though the box of pills was clearly there and just needed to put in bag. What should have taken 5 minutes took over half an hour. Also I couldnt hear anything the lady who served me was saying through the mask and plastic screen. Poor overall.

Cannot get through by phone. Took two weeks to get a previous prescription sent out due to no one ever answering the phone. Clearly understaffed and cannot provide the service they are selling. Having the exact same problem this time, right now I'm just trying to get someone to pick up the phone to release my prescription to another pharmacy. Due to this, I have now changed my pharmacy option from Boots to Lloyds.
