I was on my way to Manchester via London and called into Boots for their meal deal good selection of sandwiches, salads etc with crisps etc and a drink for a bargain price, I expected better of Boots to label their chicken products with country of origin and also their egg sandwiches do they use free range eggs? Also are they using British eggs? Expected better from Boots, so I chose pesto pasta vegetarian dish.

Apparently, they have a lot of choice. They really should have a husband corner though. I was there

Apparently, they have a lot of choice. They really should have a husband corner though. I was there for two hours with my wife and was already trying to find a way to hang my self between the shelves. Now, I am definitely avoiding that street when we walk together.

Although there is a fair bit of variety, the tills are poorly set out meaning that you use the same queue for the self service as you do for an assistant. Not great on a hot busy day with no air conditioning

Poor. No sunglasses pouches...whether this is a lack if stock, stock still in stores, poor security leading to theft or some other arbitrary reason...not a great experience from a major retailer. No help at tills. Large organisation, faceless, impersonal and just interested in selling rather than the customer!
