Staff are good and stock is fine, though the CCTV uses facial recognition with no prior warning. There is no explanation if this is databased and if so if it is shared with a third party. Under GDPR Article 9, biometric data (when used for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person) is among the “special categories” of personal data that is prohibited from being processed at all unless certain exceptional circumstances apply, and the definition of biometric data specifically refers to “facial images.”

Big boots store, not very easy to find stuff, not many staff around, self serviceb8 check out is the main check out. Staff very helpful when you could find them. Got most of what I wanted, out of three separate needs for help, found staff for 2 of them.

I have to admit, every time I go there, I do try to avoid any contact with the staff, it is always a disappointment.. not that they don't help you, the reason is that you can feel that they don't really want to be there and they help you just because they have to. Better off go to the one in Westgate, all the staff is so pleasant, always have a smile on their faces and always happy to help.

Staff are great management keep the store permanently understaffed. Service for opticians is awful.

Very helpful staff, excellent disabled accessibility, and a brilliant selection at mostly reasonable prices.

Good size. Great product variety. With multiple aspects inside such as opticians, pharmacy and photo printing. Staff are always helpful with questions about products or health.
