I got an e/mail 2 remind me to renew my books, I clicked on it but had 2 put username and password in i put my Library card number in but didn't know my password I tried a few things but it didn't work, so on friday 21st December when they were due back I phoned to renew my books but no one answered, I phoned on saturday no one answered, I wasn't very happy, so on Monday 24th hubby took them to library before 5pm but they were shut, it said on library site that they were open, so I waited till Christmas was over Thursday 27th which is today i phoned twice but no answer again, why I don't know it says on library site that yr open, it's pathetic I'm gonna have a big fine when I take them back tomorrow that's if their open tomorrow lol why does it say your open on site if your not & if you are why don't you answer the phone ? I hope your open when I bring them back tomorrow Julie
