Has a good selection of clothes, pity it's in administration, trying to find someone to buy the whole company, I hope they can otherwise another shop gone from our towns

Encountered the most miserable, rude, no sense of humour and slowest person ever to serve me today. Almost 20 minutes to return 4 items. She grunted 'what's the matter with them?' at me and made me feel guilty for returning my items. I'd left one of my bras in amongst the items (somehow got in the bag) and instead of joking about it (or being discreet) she held it up and said loudly 'i don't recognise this item!' sneeringly at me. I left without returning one item and thought it best to return via post. I'd thought this lady was miserable on previous visits but this was the worst yet. Customer training needed immediately. I won't be returning ever. Horrible experience.

I felt rushed by the two assiants as they were telling we close in 15 mins my mum has trouble walking quickly due to waiting for knee operation they lost out on a big sale

Rather old fashioned clothing.

Not the place for me but my wife thinks it's great. Very friendly and helpful staff. She shops there quite often and always finds something nice to wear.

Clean..well displayed garments..reasonable prices..

Always cheaper plenty of room shopping

I find this shop a bit old fashion , and rather expensive.
