I contacted Bon Accord in Spring 2021, and after they assessed and measured, they told me I would be able to get my windows installed by October or November 2021. The customer service seemed excellent compared to other companies I had contacted for quotes, so I was very excited to have a winter with new windows that wouldn't be leaky and draughty! I signed a contract, had a credit check done...and I've never heard from them again since despite numerous e-mails and phone calls over November to December. I'm so disappointed, frustrated and angry. I've since found out that a friend's family had similar issue with them where it took them 2 years before they installed a conservatory trying to increase the price they had been quoted and signed up for as costs had gone up in the 2 years they had been waiting.
