Very difficult to get an appointment. Long wait times on the phone. The admin staff constantly need reminding to chase things up. They mess up referrals (I know others they have done this for, not just me). Ridiculous 'on the day booking system' when appoiments are available but you have to phone at 8 am that day to get your appointment. You can't plan your day as you don't know what time your appointment will be. Often all the appointments are gone by the time you get through on the phone. This way you have no choice of doctor, no choice of branch, can'tbe sure if you'll even get an appointment at all and if the time is inconvenient it's tough. I am told they resrvere 30% of appointments for booking on the day for emergencies. This is not true and is impossible to work like that. The appointments are given to whoever gets through first on the phone, emergency or not. Kids running wild in the surgery and staff do nothing about it. Not good having all that noise around sick people waiting to see a doctor. Overall terrible service. If you have a choice I recommend choosing another GP surgery.

Generally take 6-8 transactions to follow their complicated systems to get a1 transaction of help that's needed. Unsurprisingly, they then report that they are very busy
