I don’t usually write reviews but I would like to give some feedback for this particular jeweller in Richmond. Usually I buy online however I was looking for an engagement ring and needed an actual person to advise me. Received great sevice from the staff there, Cass was patient and knowledgeable and had a good mind in terms of design and construction ideas. All the girls that work there are excellent and friendly. We will return in the future and I recommend this company.

My first experience was fabulous. Initial contact, lovely. However everything went downhill from there. Never in my life have i had to pass an envelope of cash under an iron curtain because I was late when the store new i was on my way in and saw me knock on the iron curtain. I came in visiual contact witht tbe store at 6pm. May i add, i have never left a negative review ever. I also called the store at 5 to ask if i should make my way- was told not to- only to be told 24 mins later to come and get the door slammed in my face. This was already a week later than promised.

A really pleasing experience buying an engagement ring from this lovely jeweller. Alice and Joanna couldn’t have been more helpful in sourcing a diamond for me to match what I had in mind and their knowledge and advice was invaluable. They were so enthusiastic and excited on my behalf and it wasn’t long before they found a stone that they knew I would love. And I did. It was perfect. It was a pleasure dealing with Bolders and we shall be returning to buy my wedding band. Thank you Alice and Joanna!

We were delighted with the beautiful earrings which the very friendly team at Bolder & Co created to match a pendant we had bought abroad. They took time and trouble to understand what we were after and to design and craft a perfect match.

The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The team helped us design our dream ring. They were super friendly and supportive throughout. When the ring arrived we were blown away and couldn't be happier! Thank you :)

I highly recommend Bolder and Co! I had no idea how I wanted my engagement ring to look, but now I do! The team took the time to listen to me and came up with my dream ring, and had it made especially for me. Doesn't get more special than that.
