A dedicated team of people in each house, working with the resident director are keeping everything in good order, whilst practising social distancing of course.  The main centres of activity are security, maintenance and gardening, and new skills are becoming evident everyday: Matthew Johnson at Hartwell has become adept at removing failed render, Restaurant Manager at Bodysgallen, Nicolette Musgrove now says she prefers painting and decorating, and Lionel Chatard Director at Middlethorpe, threatens to stay in the garden permanently.  The present restrictions offer opportunities to undertake tasks which would otherwise disturb guests, and so we are making a virtue out of that necessity.
