I saw James fortnightly over the course of a few months for treatment on my back. The pain I had has definitely improved and I now know how to manage any pain I still have effectively. James is really brilliant at what he does and couldn't recommend him enough! He explained in great detail how the muscle groups work and even drew me diagrams when I really didn't understand! He is incredibly patient and the clinic managed to fit me in last minute when I need to switch appointment times. James - many thanks for all your help!

James was a great physio - I went to him with a shoulder injury and he was able get back to work (and the gym!) in no time. He has an excellent bedside manner, is friendly and professional and was able to put my mind at ease about my shoulder from the beginning. I would definitely recommend!

A couple of weeks into training for the York marathon I started getting sharp pains down my right shin. I saw Hannah Hobbs at Bodyset in Westminster, and cannot recommend her highly enough. She's incredibly knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. Having done the strengthening exercises she gave me for a couple of weeks now, I experience much much less pain when running. She also gave me lots of helpful advice for preparing for a marathon. Thank you so much Hannah!

I saw James Bainbridge for around 6 or 7 sessions about a shoulder injury and recommend highly. He put together a comprehensive and well-reasoned exercise plan on day 1 and updated it based on my feedback and progress throughout treatment. Every few sessions we did a set of strength measurements that was a good way to track and understand my progress. After the treatment I was able to eliminate shoulder pain from weight training. Also he's just a pleasant guy to chat to.

James is a great physiotherapist, highly recommend! I had pain in the knee and the ankle and the exercises he recommended were spot on. Recovery was fast and his exercises actually improved my performance past the level I had prior to the injury. Also always nice to chat with him during the sessions.
