I found Bodymotive8 through a Google search and booked Lee to sort out my tight shoulder which was playing up. I can definitely recommend him. Even after one session I could feel the difference. I booked again and will most likely book appointments in the future. He is also a nice and friendly guy! I'm pretty fussy with treatments but he is amazing! Thank you Lee.

First visited 2 years ago with a problematic back that was preventing me doing anything physical. After a few sessions I was able to start training martial arts again, and with the amazing advice and support from Lee I am now able to train several times a week. At the start of this year I started doing PT sessions with Lee on top of regular sports massages, and as of today I am 15kg lighter, feeling stronger and fitter than I have felt in a long long time. Well worth a visit if you are having any issues.

Booked in for a sports massage for a duff shoulder. Guy was great at getting me an appointment as soon as he could possibly could and in general he really new his stuff not had problems since, as the advice I was given for aftercare has worked great. But if I need to I will happily go back worth every penny.

I have used BodyMotiv8 for a number of years, for regular sports massage, targeted fitness programs, along with injury rehabilitation. Each time the service has been professional, and focused to my needs - I've lost count of the number of people I have referred. Highly recommended.
