In over ten years of experiencing various treatments at Body & Soul, I can wholeheartedly say that each time I visit, the ambiance, and the amazing team of professionals make it an oasis of calm from the stresses of every day life. I always walk out feeling taller, more positive and renewed on every level. The radiance is inner and outer, so Body & Soul definitely does deliver what its name suggests.

I made an appointment, called the salon to let them know I couldn't make it and asked to reschedule.

I made an appointment, called the salon to let them know I couldn't make it and asked to reschedule. They called to agree on a new time and ask me for my card details supposedly to make sure I wouldn't cancel again, and after they got the number started treating me very badly, hence I told them I didn't want to go anymore. In response, they said they were going to charge me! The call was only to trick me into getting my card number. Shameful.

Body&Soul in Brighton is the place to go. I had a fantastic manicure and full body massage. I can honestly say I was completely at ease and Lucy looked after me and really listened to my needs. Beautiful interior too.
