Excellent! Very professional with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Having been back a few times I've seen and feel more benefit than I ever felt from physiotherapists I've seen over the years. I'm no spring chicken but I am more flexible since deciding to take the plunge and book my first session a couple of months ago. The many qualifications on the wall are clearly not just pieces of paper. If you're wondering whether this type of therapy could help you, I recommend you give Body Sense a go, very reasonably priced too - so what have you got to lose?

I went to see Charlotte for the first time not knowing what to expect. I needn't have worried as she put me at my ease straight away. I have had severe shoulder pain for nearly a year but nothing seemed to be helping it. Charlotte got to work and although it was painful, it felt so much better afterwards. My whole body felt much looser after my visit and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I had a sports massage which is quite tough but Charlotte does all sorts of different therapies and once my shoulder is sorted I will be returning for a more relaxing massage.

Having suffered with 5 years of severe neck and back pain after a sports injury, and using numerous expensive physios in London and mk with no real long term progress, I decided to give bodysenses remedial therapy a go after reading online reviews. After my first session my shoulder pain had gone, and after the second my neck pain had almost disappeared, and it genuinely felt weird waking up with no pain. I was expecting slow progress after my previous experience with physiotherapy, but Charlotte really hones in on the sources of pain and focuses on those areas to relieve chronic pain that I'd pretty much given up on ever being back to normal. I cannot recommend enough!! Could not be happier!

I had my first Sports Therapy massage with Charlotte recently. It felt like a full body work out but certainly released a lot of tight muscle groups. Already booked my next session.
