Body & Mind Massage Therapy – newcastle

My girlfriend bought us an hour session for my birthday, and by god I didn't know how much I needed this. Felt feather-light afterwards. All my muscles were relaxed, which helped me get through some 12 hour shifts at work. The ambience felt authentically Asian. The room smelled of essential oils. Both of the masseuses were attentive and adjusted the pressure accordingly on sensitive muscles. All in all, 10/10. We'll both be returning soon!

Body & Mind provide good value and very high quality massages--the kind where they find your knots then spend a lot of time and attention working on them. The staff are all delightful. Highly recommended.

I had the best massage here today, the therapist worked hard to sort out my back & neck tension. Massage was firm but also felt relaxing. Walked away feeling SO much better. Will definately be back!

My mum visited from abroad and we decided last minute to get a massage from here. Great choice! Super relaxing place with dimmed lights and nice music. We were offered tea and water before our experience. I was especially happy with my masseuse who succeeded in getting rid of a couple knots in my shoulders. I will definitely be back soon for the next!

I love Thai massages. This is one of the best in Newcastle. Polite and friendly staff. The masseuse listened and did exactly what I needed. Bravo! Highly recommended to everyone. I will be back definitely.

I had a wonderful massage with a therapist named Noi and she was absolutely fantastic. She asked me every step of the way whether her pressure was good (it was perfect every time) and she got rid of the aches and pain I was feeling, particularly in my upper back. As someone who gets fairly regular massages, this was the best massage I've had in years, if not my life. This was my first time at Body & Mind, but it certainly won't be my last!

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage with a lovely lady called Ice. I was 38 weeks pregnant and it was just so incredible, she really worked out the aches and pains I’d been feeling. I opted for a heavier hand as I felt it was exactly what I needed (and it was) but Ice asked me every step of the way if I was comfortable and if the pressure was correct for me. I came away from the massage feeling amazing was the perfect mix of relaxing and relieving. Can’t recommend enough was worth every penny!

Me and My Girlfriend opted for the couples massage at Body & Mind. Was easy to find and were kindly greeted when we entered. Receptionist's were very nice and got us seated immediately. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful both in the waiting room and treatment room. Within minutes we were both recieving our massage where we were asked if we wanted them to focus on any areas and any special requests we had. My girlfriend is especially sensitive and the lady catered to her needs being very gentle which was great! We both left feeling very rejuvenated. 5/5 Stars 🌟 amazing value for money too 🙂

I would like to commend this business. I went for a full body massage today and it was incredible. Relieved a great deal of soreness in my back and found a million and one other places where I was unaware that I was holding tension. It was my first time here and I will be back very soon.
