Terrible massage, could feel her fingernails scraping my skin. I paid for a deep tissue and asked for more pressure and to please focus of neck and shoulders (there are signs on the wall in each room asking you to say something to the masseuse). I could feel the masseuses sharp fingernails and she was so inconsistent. She went from using her elbow to a rub down with the palm of her hands. It honestly was so unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I also highly doubt many of the 5 star reviews are actual clients especially the ones mentioning hicaps/health fund rebates, more likely the masseuses themselves or friends or family giving false reviews to boost their overall review score. The facilty itself is clean enough but my experiences were not good. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love going here for my 1hr foot/leg massage. Always fit me in with my regular masseuse, who now knows my sore spots and works those fluid bubbles out. Great service always with a smile.
