Went to see Jo today. She is very professional and really knowledgeable. The advanced clinical massage i had was so much more beneficial to me than a standard spa massage and less painful as a sports massage but still just as productive. She worked through my pain areas, fully assessing my complaints and health conditions and then conversed with me though out so we could work together to release my problem areas and help my body to heal these areas. I felt very involved in my treatment, which is so refreshing. I will return to Jo next month and intend on going regularly to help my chronic condition. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Jo!

Jo is extremely knowledgeable and her treatment was amazing! I went to her with terrible muscle pain in my back and ribs, and by the time she was done there was almost no more pain. Woke up the following day and felt like a brand new person! Could not recommend her enough!! Thank you Jo!

Highly recommend Jo for her therapies, she knows the exact pressure needed to be applied to soften tense areas. She has a passion to help others through her warm, kind and caring nature. A real pleasure having a treatment from her, she goes that extra mile to make sure you get what's needed for you at the time :)
