5/ 5

Great choice of furniture and excellent customer experience (so far). Jennifer was awesome, patient and helpful. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and offered great options. There was no hard sell which is nice, refreshing in this industry, they're smart to know modern sales is it's about passionately educating, not 'selling'. Even my daughter was kept entertained by one of the other consultants.

4/ 5

New store just opened and is modelled on the latest Scandinavian design. It's light, open and really had the shape to show off the pieces and rooms that are on display Furniture is super cool and the lifetime guarantee is something that you don't get everywhere else. The designers really do take the time to get to know what you want and the assembly and delivery team are amazing.
