Deepa and Beth were really proactive in getting things moving and communicating with us in a way that I could understand. Beth was so thoughtful in keeping us updated - she really went above and beyond in chasing the other party's solicitor and reassuring me when I thought the whole thing wasn't going to happen. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with the thorough and hard work from Deepa and Beth with my recent flat purchase. The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because of the times I had to wait for a response from Deepa as she was frequently uncontactable. However, Beth stepped up and ultimately pushed the sale through at the eleventh hour when it was looking doubtful that we would exchange and complete on time. I’m very grateful for Beth’s efforts at the end which ensured I was able to move house as planned. If you want the job doing, ask Beth, she will get it done!

I have been really impressed by Deepa’s outstanding professionalism, friendly and approachable manner, superb knowledge and outstanding customer service. After using many Solicitors in the past, I was always left dissatisfied with the service received, however Deepa definitely goes above and beyond the average Solicitor and her efficiency and speed is unbelievable. She will always answer the phone and if not will always contact you back the same day. I was kept updated along the whole process, had queries answered and Deepa was very efficient in finding the best solution and advice where needed making what usually is a stressful experience very, very smooth.
