I briefly popped in to try an i3s recently at JCT Bradford. I had driven a standard one a few weeks earlier. It was a flying visit due to work and I was allocated Jack by the manager. Really glad I was, he was extremely accommodating and understood I was short on time. We nipped out for a quick drive, discussed figures and I left agreeing to let them know in the morning if I was going ahead. At no time was he pushy (nor was the manager!) and I left thinking what a massive difference that was compared to Stratstone Derby where we bought our other BMW in 2018. Best avoiding them! We decided to buy the car and the whole process was smooth, professional and ultimately a pleasure, as it should be when buying a car. Within a week we had the car sat on our drive, following phone calls (and one or two videos of the car!) keeping us up to date with progress. If you're in need of any BMW then pop to see Jack at JCT600, you won't be disappointed!

I have just purchased a mini from the bmw dealership in Bradford and I have to commend the staff but especially Jack! He was superb!! Nothing was too much trouble, he was so professional whilst being extremely courteous, and extremely knowledgeable that I felt I was in the safest pair of hands whilst buying my car! A real asset to this establishment! I cannot commend Jack enough and I honestly hardly ever write reviews!! However when you experience such superb customer care and service, you have to write about it! as in my experience this unfortunately is now a rarity! Thank you Jack! You made my purchase an experience and I won’t hesitate to recommend you!!!

Jack was brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions we had he answered confidently and we trusted in him and his recommendations. He rang us and emailed us when he said he would and even sent us videos once we had chosen our car which built up the excitement for us for when we were due to collect it. We felt he was genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed. Once it comes to getting another car we will defiantly go back to see Jack&JCT600 and would recommend him & them to our friends and family.

I went to the BMW showroom in Bradford on Thursday to look at an M135i which was just sitting there calling my name. After taking a look at the car I went inside the showroom and was greeted by a wonderful sales executive named Marcus Williams. With a beaming smile he welcomed me and after showing him the vehicle I was interested in, he told me more about it and allowed me to take it for a test drive. Once I had decided that it was the right car for me he discussed several necessary products to help keep the shine of the vehicle. Within an hour or so the paperwork was signed and through a quick and efficient manner, Marcus was able to get me a deal on the car. In under two days I had collected the car and regardless of how hard it was for me to collect the car on that certain day, Marcus made it happen and helped me keep the smile on my face. Would definitely recommend anyone who goes to the showroom in Bradford to ask for Marcus Williams, you won't be disappointed!

Great service received, Video report by excellent mechanic which was great. Superb customer service all round. Car was washed vacuumed and felt new when I got back in it. Very happy. Recommend this dealership. I will be back.
