Amazing experience here at Park Royal BMW, the staff were very helpful and comforting particularly Ken Vitte. Ken was a genuinely nice person, not a robot that stuck to a script . I found Ken very polite, welcoming and knowledgeable., and kept me updated throught out my car MOT. I don’t usauuly deal with main dealers, but this was an exceptional experiece. Thanks again Ken. I have been going to BMW Park Royal for the past ten years. Every time the service is excellent. Not only that but the workmanship is 10 out of 10. Plus they are more than happy to deliver your car back to your door sparkling clean and looking like new with a smile.

I got my first service done, which was the oil change and I was attended to by Alvin. Great customer service from Alvin, he asked if I needed anything while he was sorting my car out and he just Made me feel comfortable and represented the BMW brand very well. I’ll definitely be coming back to this BMW for my next service. Thank you Alvin.

Visited for a full service in November. The customer service was exemplary and Alvin took excellent care from start to finish and advised me clearly throughout. I would recommend this BMW branch over others I have been to in London based on this experience.
