Had all windows and doors fitted by Chris. Very good job done very professionally.

I had double glazed windows installed at great cost. There was no difference between my old windows and the new windows. Complained to BMW management who sent a fitter to refill gaps with foam which made no difference. The double glazed units were of a poor quality as was the fitting. They then offered to fit triple glazed units at a discounted price which I turned down as I no longer had any confidence in their products or ability. They should of refunded my money at the very least. I complained to FENSA who were less than helpful, they support the supplier, not the clients. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate if they cannot fulfill the requirements of fitting double glazed units that meet the specified standard. It's a shame I can't award them a minus star. There isn't a day that goes past that I don't feel aggrieved when I sit in my lounge forced to endure the traffic noise which should have been reduced by double glazed windows BMW fitted!

This is the second time i have used BMW home improvements for windows. The first time was a few years ago and they did a fab job and were competitively priced. I have now instructed them to do the windows on our new house and the service has been brilliant once again and competitively priced too, which is very important to me. I have had quotes elsewhere to compare and they were there or thereabouts, however they are doing an extra little bit of work for me that the others said they wouldn’t do so that’s where they got my business as I don’t want the hassle of 2 different trades people for the same job. I would highly recommend BMW Home Improvements.

Good, friendly, service along with a high standard of workmanship.

Although a fantastic job on the windows their customer service throughout has been appalling. Emails were not answered, messages not returned when phoning. When their was an issue with a window we were very thankful that they did not fit a broken window. We were told that when ordering the new window and returning the old one this would be in stock by no longer than a weeks time. Unfortunately, we did not have the new window until over a month later, as well as a front door that we were unable to get into. Whilst the job done is very good, I would not recommend BMW on their customer service. The fitting job is why I have given 2 stars.

BMW home improvements completed a full house renovation on our Victorian property which hadn't been touched for years!!! An amazing professional company highly recommend!!
