I was admitted yesterday for a surgical procedure. I have to say that from my arrival the nursing staff were great and very helpful. And the whole experience was stress free from the cleaning staff and caterers right up to the surgeon and theatre staff. They all work very hard and deserve praise for the tireless work that they do in helping others. God bless Mark

I had a lumbar decrompession with the very brilliant prof shad. Great surgical team, and great after care provided by the nursing staff. I am giving an extra star ⭐ for how friendly and and at ease they made me feel.

I cannot express in words the joy, excitement and quality of care I received today at the BMI three shires. Indeed, a huge thanks to Dr David Ratliff, Charlotte and the rest of the team who made me felt welcome and comfortable after and before my surgery. Excellent surgical team from lovely porters, the staff who brought the food etc , anethetic team before and after. I'm so grateful to have a excellent surgeon i can't thank him enough for my speedy op on nhs. I would give them all 5 star with his op team. As for after care I give 2 star From the ward staff to out patients and physio I was not treated the same as private. If that's treated the same I wouldn't go private. I Asked two simple questions while being treated and she wasnt not interested in out of out patients ,Very rude. My friend came and said how arragant.

1st ever operation, all of the staff have been fabulous and very professional! The process of pre-op, surgery, and post-op , was seamless! Many thanks to everyone!

I've called three shires 3 consecutive days in a row as I have an appointment on Wednesday. I've left my email address with the lady who initially answered who said she would get someone to email me to answer some important questions for my procedure. I've had no emails I still don't know if I need to fast or not. My mum called a pharmacy to gain clarity which confused me even more! I've given the times I'm able to answer my phone. I have given an email address and now it's resulted in me just deciding that after 6pm today I'll fast (no food or water) until after my appointment on Wednesday!

Went in for a sort and simple surgery, couldn’t be happier with the results. Kind and cheerful stuff. Thank you for today to Dr. Brady and to his team which did a great job. Nina who hold my hands for the entire process make me feel so good and safe and also her good vibes makes me feel amazing. Also thank you Tracy and Marina who was so kind and take care of me. Recommend 100% 😍😍😍

Amazing service from Mr Brady and his team (Laura, Nina and Gemma). Made me feel so at ease and looked after me so well during my procedure. They are all so lovely and I’m glad I’m in their hands moving forward.

Thank you to "Team Physio" ! Just had my 6 week post op (total hip replacement) physio session with Juli. Onwards and upwards, couldn't have done it without you, also special mention to Ash, Jo and Sean, for getting me there. A job well done , with all the airport anyone coul ever need.

I have been coming to the Three Shires Oncology Department since early 2018 and Cathy and her team are nothing short of superstars! Happy, engaging, helpful and always keen to sit and talk no matter how busy they might be which in this crazy-paced modern world is so important. If you have the misfortune to need to use these services, you will be treated brilliantly and confidently assured that you are in the best hands. Well done Three Shires.
