This review is specifically about the endoscopy department of the hospital. The worst customer service I've ever received. The first two times I tried to book the appointment in person, the receptionist refused to book my appointment as she was leaving and told me to phone in to book. It was the same woman both times who was evidently leaving much earlier than she should have been. I later tried booking on the phone and was sent to voice mail multiple times. Even though I left multiple voice messages, no one has ever replied. This has got to be the most worst experience I've ever had with a hospital. Don't come here if you have the choice.

I had surgery here on the 7/8/2019 which I was so worried about until I meet Mason on Ward 3A, he put me at total ease, he answered every question I had and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, you really do have a caring heart and a kindness that your mother should be very proud of, thank you Mason! I would like to thank Tina at reception as well for the very warm welcome she gave me. Thank you Indy!

I was seen by many members of staff over a one night stay following an operation. All were very friendly, very attentive, and consistently checked on me to check that I was fine. The physio Sania made a painful surgery easier to deal with, and helped me understand the timeline of checkups/appointments etc.

Absolute shambles. This review is about the imaging department in particular. I was referred here for a video fluoroscopy. When I called they first said they would need to check which department does it. They called back to say it was the imaging department, but that there's an engineer in and that they'd call me back. Two weeks later I heard nothing so I called again, they say the engineer is still in. I have now wasted hours trying to book this test. Each time I call I speak to someone new. They don't keep notes so I have to explain everything again each time. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

I have had two knee surgeries at this hospital both have gone great my surgeon was amazing and explained everything very well so I understood exactly what was going on, I couldn’t ask for a better physio, Lewis has helped me every step of the way in my rehab and I don’t think I would be where I am now without the whole physio team, I can not fault the bmi London independent and would recommended it to anyone of my family or friends.

What a great hospital, the staff were absolutely brilliant! They were very supportive, informative and caring. How they put up with some of the behaviour of patients here is superhuman! Big thankyou to Dr Khan for my surgery, nurse Daniella and physios Alina and Faye, who looked after me expertly. Apologies to the other staff not mentioned here as you were all great, thank you to all!!! All the Best

Had an absolutely great experience with this hospital. I had a small surgery and had to go quite often to get my dressing changed and the nursing staff were so helpful working appointments around my busy schedule and took great care of my wound. Big shout out to Alba and Nora in the nursing staff and Dr Bull who did the surgery.

The wait times at this hospital are ridiculous. If you can get into your appointment in under an hour, consider yourself lucky. Avoid if you have a job and can't afford to sit around for hours during the weekday. The staff are super unhelpful as well. "We can't do anything about it so you just have to wait" is your standard answer. Great customer service. ha.

I went to have my first cataract surgery this week. My consultant was Mr. Mark Hulbert. All staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient in all respects. My surgery was completed as an NHS patient. I would thoroughly recommend the service at the BMI London Independent hospital. Mr. Hulbert really knows his game and I feel absolutely confident under his care. If you are lucky enough to be referred to this hospital by your GP, make sure you take it!

This hospital is not professional. They have now postponed my surgery twice, without offering a reason why. They have given me another appointment, but I don't trust them to keep it. This is their response: Dear Russell, We are so sorry that your surgery was cancelled twice. We try to avoid cancellations as much as possible and only do so for the safety of our patients.
