Great private hospital with highly knowledgeable consultants and helpful, friendly staff. I have used it for me and my daughter when the NHS could not help us, we wanted a second opinion or neded immediate access to a specialist. Very good value for money. I can warmly recommend the hospital!

I had an operation on Tuesday. Though the nurse shepherd was a very special and dear human being. The doctors were great. But the after care is just shambolic. I have been in pain since leaving the hospital after 48 hours and 5 phone calls to the hospital for advice YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK. Dreadful appalling service. Last nurse I spoke to said she will call me in 15 minutes it’s been 4 hours and still waiting. The facilities of the hospital are no better than NHS very dated!!

Have been referred to this place for my mother's cataract operation and I am truly disgusted with the terrible attitude of the nursing staff!! Nil manners, nil communication regarding waiting times (we have been left in a room wating for over FIVE hours) and then when my elderly mother asked why it is taking so long to be operated on, she was told she has to wait for her turn in the queue! It would have been useful to be told from the start there is a queue and given an aprox time for the operation since we were told to arrive here at 12pm!! Terrible communication, terrible experience!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

This hospital is such a waste of time, they have wait times of over 2 hours to see your consultant. Their image department is so understaffed that their radiologists are only there 1-2 days/week to quickly review images on their desktop computers rather thank taking the professional time to review images on the BACS system which the MRI & Xray machines were designed to be reviewed on in order to get a clearer image and prognosis of their patients. To make a patient go through the stress of a full body MRI and then only read half of the images half of the body on a desk top computer? then don't bother to review the remainder top half of my body, which was shown to have problems in my cervical spine when I had doctors/radiologists in the USA review images. The fact that they don't bother to do it properly, they don't care about their patients and the fact that they let this go on for over a year and that I have had more damage done to my spine because their prognosis was so POOR! Shocking excuse for a hospital. Oh and must mention that the surgeon who was seeing me for a year and I had an appt set up with is now gone and they didn't even bother to tell me. I would never want to have a surgery done here, they are so disorganised and have no accountability that I would my health & outcome would be a grave risk.

I recently spent two nights at the Clementine Churchill hospital where the standard of care was so high, much of the anxiety I had dissipated. From the consultant and anaesthetist, all the nurses and the physio, to the lady who brought me fresh water and meals, I was treated with respect and dignity and the utmost care. A particular mention should go to the excellent night nurses who looked after me on my return from theatre. Throughout my stay I felt comfortable, fully informed and able to relax, knowing I was in good hands. My thanks goes to everyone involved in my care.

Having waited so long for my treatment on the NHS, I decided to go private. I was nervous around how it all worked. But from day one, my interactions with staff at the Clementine Churchill Hospital put me at complete ease and made me feel comfortable. I was able to speak to someone straightway to discuss how I can pay for my treatment myself. They were very knowledgeable and helpful offering different payment options. I was able to get an appointment with a specialist consultant the very next day. From that point on, all the way through to my procedure the experience was great! Staff were caring and understanding to my needs and always kept me informed. The environment and atmosphere at the hospital is friendly and warming, which you can see through the staff who take pride in working here. I would recommend this great hospital to anyone who wants to pay for their own treatment or get themselves seen quickly to fix any health issues. They are not only professional but very caring!

Dr Singhal - Breast Surgeon at Clementine Churchill was amazing. He was so gentle, thorough and understanding. He could see my daughter was still worried and concerned so he rushed through a ultra sound scan to put her mind at rest. One of the nicest Doctors we have ever seen. Would Highly recommend.
