BMI The Beaumont Hospital bolton

Hysterocopy D&C Biopsy carried out by Dr Broome at the hospital about 6 hours in total. Immaculate room, all staff professional and caring nature. A good strong team, thorough with their practice and procedures. A lot of companies could take a leaf out of their book. I'm actually overwhelmed in the care that they provided. So much so, that I currently feel no anxiety at the moment going back for my results. Well done Beaumont!

I have been in this hospital for a couple of days and the care and attention received is what I can only describe as 1st class from start to finish. They have a really connected approach to how they care for patients and nothing is to much trouble for the team here. I would like to emphasise the following key words which for me describe the Beaumont BMI Hospital. Team, Caring, Attentive, Professional, Connected, Happy, Genuine, Decent. These are just a few words and let’s not forget they have a tough job, this was evident in all staff both day and night and I can’t thank them enough. Mr Dean Ashworth

This is a good hospital but.....You try and park there if you have an appointment. The staff at the hospital use all available parking spaces, leaving people with illnesses and disabilities the long trek from a nearby housing estate and up a very steep hill. Ridiculous ! ! !

Excellent staff and facilities, make you feel very welcome and regularly check on you as an inpatient/day patient

A big thanks to the whole team who looked after me during my arm operation earlier this week. The air of quiet confidence and competence from all the staff makes a huge difference. On the mend now and post op care and courtesy calls have been great. Thanks again!

This is the first time I’ve ever had private treatment I must admit my hand was forced due the the state of the world right now. The care I received here was perfect, caring , patient and understanding . From the surgeon , the anaesthetists , the nurses and staff on the ward, the nurses in the treatment room and the porters everybody made both my overnight stays very comfortable Linda Longley

I have used the B.M.I. Bolton privately in the past and always been quite happy with the care myself and my family have received, however this time I am extremely disappointed. I paid for a private MRI scan on 30th July and was told my GP would receive the results in 2 or three days. I have been in constant pain in my back and legs and was hoping for an early diagnosis so I could begin the correct treatment. I have phoned every day since as my GP has still not received the results. I've been told twice that they have been sent out ,but still nothing. I have left messages which haven't been answered. There have been times when I just haven't been able to get through. Just now I am again waiting for a call back which I'm not confident is going to happen as radiology will now be closed. I am so upset and have been in constant pain during all this. I just want someone to help.

Had to wait 3 weerks for an appointment and then it was cancelled on the day. Automated call system then leaves you waiting ages to speak to somebody to rearrange (before then being cut off).
