Wanted to shout out because the wonderful staff here saved me on a day I was running a little late, had a wedding reception in the evening and left both my shoes and my shirt at home in a perfect storm of timing. Found what I needed here (though the footwear I did end up getting elsewhere) and thanks to excellent staff, actually picked up some stuff I didn't go in for at first. But a much-coveted Purple Rain t-shirt and some excellent masks more than make up for that. Had a great time at the reception, by the way! I'd had most of the hassle out of the way once I paid a visit here.

Genuinely one of the worst places i have ever been pierced, staff were nonchalant and don't bother to explain the procedure to customers. They are rude and unprofessional. The piercers themselves are nice enough however the advice they give is terrible. One piercer looked at the bump on my nose piercing and first wrongfully suggested it was a keloid and then said i should put ASPIRIN on it which any reputable piercer knows is incredibly incorrect advice. Their aftercare was also rubbish.
