Ania's online yoga classes are just as brilliant as her live studio classes. I am so pleased to be able to carry on during lockdown. Ania asks us at the end of each class if we have any problem areas we would like her to work on in the next session and sends us a link to her recording so we can take the class again. Works perfectly for me.

Rather than feeling like a piece of meat, I was expertly treated and guided through what can only be described as a 2-hour experience. The magical Hawaiian music, combined with Ania's caring presence, transported me to a place of calm and peace - I really felt I was being carried on a wave. This is a massage and therapist unlike any I've ever visited - a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ania gets what it's about. She doesn't offer every type of massage like other places do, just the ones she's a real expert in - thoroughly recommended!
