I can safely say that this was one of the best massage sessions I have had. I was able to make a same day booking also which is not always the case with many places. The massage itself was to try and relieve tightness in my back and shoulders and Vikki certainly was able to do this. I immediately felt relaxed and my shoulders especially looser than they had been . I certainly would recommend and will be back for any future sessions needed. Thanks.

5/ 5

I have been going to Vikki for my massage for a long time now and she is one of the best therapists I have ever had - I wouldn't go anywhere else and I am a massage therapist myself. Vikki is a good listener and very intuitive in regards to finding the source of any muscle issues you may be having. She is always spot on in finding where the source of the pain/discomfort is and eases the surrounding muscles too. It is a good firm massage, sometimes uncomfortable but essential in order to release deep tension and restricted movement. You will notice a difference straight away after the first massage and will be keen to keep that going.

I've been having weekly massage from Vikki for four years now. Her deep knowledge of the body/mind, and of the causes of stress and tension, combine to make her simply the best massage therapist I've found in a lifetime of seeking relief from chronic muscular pain. The price is also the best I've found!

5/ 5

I first started going to Vicki back in 2016 when I had tried various forms of exercising to get rid of intense muscle pain I had been having and nothing was working. She took the time to listen to each problem I had been having and gave me tips to practice at home to help inbetween massages. I can say now, after a year and a half of monthly appointments (some times more frequent!) That I would never go anywhere else. Vicki is very well trained and experienced in what she does, she uses different techniques based on the problem, and the root of it, and you come away feeling like a new person. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cure to sleepless nights due to muscle pain!

11 years ago, a couple of years after a brain haemorrhage which had left me with some physical and cognitive problems, I started practicing yoga. I had tried, with only limited success, to regain my previous level of fitness by obsessively going to the gym & pool. I very quickly decided yoga was the best thing I had ever done. It helped hugely with concentration levels and balance, in addition to the overall improvement in strength and well being. Then I was introduced to Vikki's traditional Tantra yoga, and although initially a little reluctant to accept that something so gentle & relaxing could be so beneficial both physically and mentally, have discovered a fabulous system and teacher in Vikki. There is no forced stretching or competing with others or yourself, just gentle postures and relaxation. The end result is energising and strengthening, stress reducing and supremely relaxing. Oh and just a tiny bit smug-making, when you suddenly find yourself fully doing a posture that a few weeks earlier seemed totally impossible! Massage Vikki has healing hands. Her level of skill, her intuition, her knowledge of different massage techniques and above all her desire and ability to make you feel all brand new are second to none. I have arthritis and inflammation as a result of long term stress and serious illness. When Vikki lays her hands on you, pain and stress magically disappear :)
