Quite the opposite of the previous review, excellent customer service, had my whole house blinds done by this family run business and they all look amazing.. and when I want a change, I will be phoning blind image without a second thought. Thank u for my perfect blinds, and I can't wait to deal with you again in the future.

Appalling customer service and poor quality. When roller blind was fitted all the fabric had stretched and blind didn't hang correctly, they promised me a replacement in 1 week have just made contact 3 months later now wanting to come and fit the blind. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent products and great service from start to finish. We got good advice on the most suitable blinds for all the windows in our brand new house and they were all a perfect fit. They have really helped turn our new house into our home.

Didn't give us the blind we ordered. And damaged the window. Had to get the windows replaced. Never phoned us back. Avoid like the plague.
