Outstanding service from the initial phone call to viewing to driving away in our new Discovery 4! The guys at Blenheim Cars was very welcoming and there was no hard sell pushy sales tactics we experienced with other dealers when out viewing for our new family car. They carried out a RAC inspection and gave us RAC warranty and breakdown cover at no additional cost which was rare after speaking with other dealers who we found didn’t even carry out any checks on the vehicles before selling them. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys. 10/10

I bought a car from Jaz. Before going to look at it I noticed on the MOT history that the brake discs and pads needed replacing. I mentioned this to Jaz on the phone and he had them replaced within two days. This did require a refundable £200 deposit which is understandable and did not affect the cost which for a £3000 car is very good service. I have now owned the car for two months and several thousand miles without fault.

After purchasing a car here I discovered the cam belt had never been changed (car is 18 years old!), the flywheel failed a week after purchasing and was told it was not covered by the warranty. This dodgy dealership needs more investment into their customer focus and attention to detail on the cars.

Awful, do not by a car from them. Shame I can’t give zero stars. I bought a Land Rover Discovery in January of 2019. I insisted on the cam belts being changed as the car was due them. When I finally picked the car up it developed a fault. I rang them and was told you need to use the warranty. Problem is that the warranty only covers labour up to £44 so you can only use Halfords who don’t have all the diagnostic kit. So the warranty is useless. Had to pay a Land Rover dealer to diagnose the fault, turns out whoever did the cambelt connected all the hoses incorrectly and also only changed one cam belt. Rang Blenheim and was told it was the fault of the garage who fitted the cam belt. I bought the car from Blenheim not the garage so it is their responsibility to ensure the work was done. Once they have your money they don’t give a toss. Go elsewhere

Take your money somewhere else!!!!! Went to look at a car, got there and it would not of passed an MOT let alone take my life in my hands asking for a test drive! Shocking.

Excellent dealership and staff- cars are clearly kept to a very high standard, and the prices were very fair. I was put at ease by the 3 month warrantee, breakdown cover included, and thorough checks of each vehicle before any sale. Staff were knowledgeable and great at serving my needs- hard to find a dealer this good anywhere!

I received a fantastic service from Blenheim Cars. Jaz is great to deal with and answered all my questions, even after I'd purchased the car. When I visited the car I wanted to look at was immaculately clean and I was able to take it for a comprehensive test drive. Once I'd decided to buy, Jaz handled the sale efficiently and professionally. The car came with 12 month's RAC breakdown cover and a warranty. Thank you Jaz and team.

After a very poor experience with another dealer, I was somewhat wary. I need not have been. Jaz is very easy to work with, great communication and fantastic service. Car was as described, immaculately presented and reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend Blenheim Cars and would definitely re-use.
