The concept of good customer service has yet to reach this branch, and the interior is tatty and drab. What a miserable experience from beginning to end.

Begs believe how a place can always have such a long queue while staffed by so miserable, unfriendly and just plain rude! They charged me back in October more than six pounds for the same service ("Signed For 1st Class" large letter) this week a different member of staff charged £2.97. MINUS 1 star!

Always a queue. The staff work incredibly slow. Why wouldn't you speed up a bit if the place is busy like any other business would do..

Seriously one of the worst Post Offices I've been in The staff treat you like they're doing you a favour serving you. The woman with the glasses has got a face like a, smacked arse she's so miserable Honestly if you hate your job that much... Leave!!! They all need to go and do some customer service training Avoid if at all possible

My FAVOURITE Post Office: seriously responsible with parcels I give into their care, and always allow time for each customer. Very good range of packaging. If you're in a queue, relax - everyone gets treated with respect here. Good books and cards if you need to occupy your brain.

They've had a parcel I've ordered since the 14 December and it's now the 21st and tracking still says it's with them. I've tried phoning several times only for the person whom answered to claim the phone had a bad line. Extremely poor service!

A very kind request for the staff/owners to smile and try to use the word 'please' just once while talking to customers. It is the nearest post office to my home and i keep coming back because of its convenience. However, the level of grumpiness and lcommanding tone when talking to customers is beyond me.

Good place to pay bills & get stamps & send parcel

If I could get 0 for this office I would. The Royal Mail workers there are rude and don't help at all when you experience some trouble. The only nice person is the man who works in the entrance counter.
