This store does not buy secondhand books. It only buys books back that they know they can sell again as they're on uni reading lists. Completely false to suggest they buy second hand books full stop. Simple enquiries are everything but.

A very bad customer service. It’s been three weeks and I haven’t got my book yet. Tried to contact the customer service they can’t give any solution. All the staffs in the store also have no answer about my order. No solution at all, no refund no compensation no nothing. Order number 004794320. A very poor quality service. Do not order online from this store.

1/ 5

The restaurant on the upstairs of Blackwell was the best place to hang out, study or some meetings, the staff were extremely kind, however, it turned into a Korean restaurant, staff changed and it lost its all magic. The new staff acts you like you are unwanted in there and they don't hesitate to speak very rude way. Moreover, they prefer to increase the level of music when they saw that you are as a group trying to do a meeting, although you asked them not to do it in a very kind way. So, in total, I would not advice anyone to go there, no one deserves this kind of disrespectful and rude behavior. It is just a disappointment.

Nice campus bookshop with hard-working staff. Useful for stationery and cards. The book selection is focused on student and course needs, so it's not somewhere you'd really go to browse, but they can order books in and make an effort to be competitive on price.
