I have been with this practice since Jimmy Manson etc ( about 50 years) and have found all the staff very courteous and civil. The doctors are absolutely great and not many practices will give you an emergency appointment as quick as this one. Carry on with the good work!!!

Been registered here for 5 years and visited 3 times. Front of desk staff are dreadful. 25 years of registration with Stockbridge Health Centre has definitely make me appreciate the difference between good customer (patient) service and dreadful (Blackhall) service.

the doc's are excellent, the front receptionists are the pits, they are obstructive, useless, and tiresome...and if any of the practice is needing replaced its the reception, their general attitude is to make you feel like your being a pest, how dare you get ill and expect to see a doctor.

I received a text message from this surgery. There administration is obviously not up to speed as I live in Kimberley, Nottingham nowhere near Edinburgh! I have passed this on to my local councillor as this is the second text I have had from another surgery.

Receptionist staff are always full on and busy there all lovely and the best doctors they always try there hardest to keep to appointment times and apologise if running a bit behind which doesn’t happen very often speedy and quick service I’ve always felt completely at home with each doctor I’ve seen don’t think I’ve ever been to a better surgery
