I brought my wife today for a referred appointment, not our normal surgery. We parked in the disabled spaces, next to the ramp, walked up the ramp....the door was locked, good start. We had to go the front of the building, now nowhere near the disabled spaces. We passed a nurse sat in her car while on the phone in what should have been the disabled spaces. She had the car engine running right outside the front door mmmmm has she not heard of polluting car fumes? When we booked in the seats were so low that my wife had to stand and wait, there was no way she could have sat on the very low moulded seats with no arm rests to get back up, ridiculous choice of seating for a surgery. The doctor was very helpful and polite. When we came out the nurse was still sat in her car with the engine still running, does she not watch current affairs programmes about pollution from cars around buildings...........obviously not, a shocking example of non-awareness, especially by a nurse.
