Worst customer service ever experienced

1.0/ 5

Would’ve given zero stars if it had been an option. After being messed around for over 3yrs over a defective new front door we had to resort to the small claims court to resolve. Avoid this firm at all costs, unprofessional & shoddy.

COMPLETE TIME WASTERS, its actually quite funny! The boss came out early Nov to give us a quote for replacement windows for our full house, several phone calls from us chasing them up, later and we are still no further forward and its the 11 Jan. Will be going somewhere else, its disappointing as the windows we chose were lovely, just a shame they haven't got a clue how to run a business!!

Bison have been brilliant from start to finish. From the initial quote (by far the most competitively priced) to install we’ve had an excellent experience with them and we are over the moon with the finished result! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you 😃

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No communication at all. Shame they don’t take pride in delivering doors or customers satisfaction. Want my advice, go somewhere else. Useless.

Would’ve given zero stars but 1 is the min allowed. Avoid at all costs. The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. New front door was installed over 3yrs ago but it wouldn’t open when the sun shone on it. After 2yrs of complaining Bison finally agreed it needed to be replaced but then messed us around for another few more months. Eventually we ended up having to go to the small claims court to resolve. Bison had no defence, they were in breach of the Consumer Protection Act. They had intentionally left a family with children with an unsafe door, can you imagine if there’d been a fire? It still took them until the end of the 14th day of the court deadline to make the settlement. And Bison are now insisting that we return defective door to them when it’s been replaced. Why would they want it back, it doesn’t work? Beware you don’t buy our old defective door!!! Disgraceful way to run a business, they should be ashamed.
