Just visited the M&S food shop which is always well stocked and we took advantage of quite a few yellow ticket price reductions. It's a favourite store. The retail park can very busy at times and the roads locally too.

This is a very good retail park with many big name retailers. It is clean and safe. The shops are big and easy to get into. Plenty of choice if you are just looking. Handy, provided you have a vehicle, for anywhere on the south side of Leeds. Only problem I found was the car park which has tighter spaces than I would like. Also re the car park, on the Sunday that I visited it was difficult if not dangerous getting in and out of the car park itself. Definitely worth a visit.

Birstall always seems a little quiet now that Toys R Us has gone the way of the dodo. It's a shame as the centre offers some great stores at the shopping park. There's plenty of room for parking, with two large areas, tough it would be good to have a designated crossing as at busy times there can be a lot of cats moving about. There are some great stores like M&S, dfs, next, mamas and papas, and a handful of eating establishments too.

Plenty of shops with a good variety of big name stores. There are a few coffee shops and other establishments offering food. One drawback is a lack of easy access/exit from the car parks especially at peak times. The staff in the shops I visited were polite and friendly.

Good shops but the road system simply isn't fit for purpose, mad Max style driving everywhere.
