Possibly the worst GP never felt so discrimanted in my entire life! i have ever come accross. Never able to get any appoiments phone line alwaays busy from opening till closing not even for my kids. they mostly facilatate & piororitise all the resources to the elderly. i complained several times about the the staff and their unprofessional conduct(Receiption Desk) Staff members shout and are abusive towards you. I never had my health so neglected by this GP as patient i ended up changing right away my health derairted while i was a patient at this GP even the doctors rush the visits and the diagnosis some may even have to Google the medicine. Recommend to highly stay away from this GP plently more in the area that take health far more seriously.

Excellent service, I have been registered with this practice for several years. I have found the staff to be very helpful. I really like the Ask My GP app, as I work full time and previous arrangements regarding calling the surgery at 8.30am along with hundreds of other patients didn’t work for me. With the implementation of the the new app I can send a message to the surgery and they will contact me via email or call me if necessary. I would like to take this opportunity to say well done to all the staff at the surgery.

Absolute joke of a health centre, phone lines are ignored half the time I was meant to have an appointment over the phone at 4pm. It is now 11pm and I've heard absolutely nothing from them not rang ANY phone number provided, the only decent people in their are the doctors and nurses IF and its a big if you manage to get an appointment.... just ring 111 or 999 you're much better off 👍

Please consider other Doctors. The receptionist are more concerned about having a gossip and the doctors want to close down your request online before you have been spoken to or seen.
